Position at MediaCom

Mediacom looking for Business Manager with experience of 5-6 years in planning. Who can make the plan as per marketing brief and able to select Media platforms that best suit the brand. Responsibility of the Job including client servicing, day to day implementation planning and plan optimisation along with team building

Measures of success:

 
In three months:

Demonstrate understanding of the media landscape and business challenges 
In six months:

Make strategy base plans and manage media monies with full responsibility on the campaign, end to end

In 12 months:

Developed strong client & agency relationships and become the go to person 

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Achieve close to independent operation with least supervision. (Identify need, formulate idea into plan)
  • Making and evaluating plans controlling media spends & implementing the campaign 
  • Usage of Planning tools for strategy & planning rationale building 

What you will need:

  • Experience in Planning & Strategy
  • Knowledge of media planning tools and concepts – BARC, IRS, MAP etc.
  • Proficient in MS-Office, specifically excel and PowerPoint
  • Client servicing skills and process orientation 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Quick turnaround time & sharp analytical skills
