GroupM | Buying Hub Intern
Description
We are hiring an Intern to support the Singapore Buying Hub in implementing media campaigns across the GroupM agencies.
As a Buying Hub member, you will be working across the full set of media partners trading with the group, to drive optimal results for all four agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support clients and the team in implementing campaigns from end-to-end. Plan in house implementation sessions with the agencies.
- You will partner with internal teams to deliver on the following areas:
- Foster strong client relationship and develop strong understanding of the client’s business.
- Foster strong relationships with external media partners and agency partners to ensure smooth campaign implementation and buying
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market buying trends and opportunities and apply them to the client’s business. Leverage GroupM’s trading benefits and apply them to the client’s business.
- Ensure that campaigns are implemented from end-to-end in a timely and error free manner – from processing the bookings for an approved media plan, to putting together a copy call, to following up to ensure that materials are delivered on time and to specifications.

Requirements:
- Studies relating to marketing/communication would be preferred.
- Good understanding of the media / digital media industry
- Rigorous & comfortable with numbers
- Be comfortable with presenting to large groups
- Great knowledge in Excel & Powerpoint
- Passionate about media & digital media
- You are a team player with good interpersonal skills and you thrive in an energetic and fast paced environment.
