This role reports to the Media Director, Maxus Singapore

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Ensure all agreed reports are supplied and presented to clients on time
In six months:
- An overall management of the Digital planning process (including the approval processes). Follow-through on projects from beginning to end, take full responsibility and lead the process
In 12 months:
- Assume lead role in integration of client’s media efforts and demonstrate full understanding of client’s businesses and marketing objectives as basis for all future work
- Evolve use of measurement systems to provide greater insight into ROI of media plans with a focus on digital plans and deliver on agreed KPI’s
- Drive strategic & tactical innovation across media platforms, including display, video, search, mobile & social
Responsibilities of the role:
- Lead the strategic digital planning in the team and to assist the Media Director in managing the business
- Managing & growing digital revenue through existing & new client wins and managing partnership with account & specialist leads to drive integrated digital solutions
- Partner with performance, content & analytics colleagues/vendors to develop outstanding & pioneering brand solutions
- Understanding the clients’ business environment and in identifying opportunities for growing existing digital business
- Responsible for managing the processes in your team from strategy to execution
- Spearheading the digital knowledge and usage of Maxus proprietary tools
What you will need:
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree relating to marketing
- Working with digital media and communication planning & implementation for a minimum of 5 years
- You will have leadership experience from your previous role
- Sound Knowledge on SEM, Performance media (specifically on biddable media including social) & non-biddable media is critical for this role
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and you thrive in an energetic and fast paced environment
- An affinity for numbers and experience in Excel is highly desired
