Media Executive (Hybrid)

This role will see you collaborating with strategy and client teams to bring original, no-line thinking to life through the implementation and trading of digital and offline media. This is a great opportunity to make your mark by overseeing day-to-day media implementation while mentoring staff, collaborating with media partners and supporting clients. Measures of success:
In three months:
- Developed implementation recommendations ensuring creativity, accuracy and timely output across client portfolio (in collaboration with Offline and Digital Managers)
- Established collaborative relationships with key agency partners and be seen as the lead “go to” person for advertising
In six months:
- An understanding of your client’s categories, pro-actively keeping up to date with category developments and presenting new and innovative thinking to clients
- Provided clients with a well-informed point of view in meetings across category, digital media and marketing, and be responding to all clients requests in a timely manner
In 12 months:
- Built a deep and influential relationship with day-to-day client contacts; understanding their needs, wants, expectations and idiosyncrasies
- Managed, motivated and coached Executives and Assistants to achieve success in their role
Responsibilities of the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative and effective communication solutions in response to client briefs, ensuring creativity, accuracy and timely output across the portfolio. You will have a strong point of view on the media landscape and will be comfortable presenting new, innovative thinking to clients.
What you will need:
We are after someone who can set themselves a goal and then go after it – you will eagerly measure campaign success against clear performance indicators and present back post-analysis reports. You will also be involved in overseeing the day-to-day media buying across the client’s brands. Confident in leading small teams of internal stakeholders, you will have the skills to quickly build trusted and influential relationships with clients. Above all you constantly look for pro-active opportunities to surprise and delight the client.
