Overview of job
Amplification & Trading Executive working across all channels.  The position is across the media accounts for Stockland & S26 as part of a high energy team who are continually pushing our clients to evolve their approach to communications in an ever changing media landscape. The position has significant client service content and involves both planning and trading at a local and national level.

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Leading all implementation of campaigns
  • Buying TV to Ebiquity benchmarks and communicating results to clients
  • Building client relationship
  • Managing publisher relationships
  • Planning national and local campaigns with the guidance of manager
  • Guiding coordinators in their tasks

In six months:

  • Independently planning campaigns national and local campaigns
  • Presenting recommendations and campaign results & learnings to clients
  • Managing all reporting processes
  • Investment in development of Coordinators and guiding them to deliver in their KPIs
  • Empowering coordinators to be planning local area campaigns
  • Managing Finance process

In 12 months:

  • Understands the clients business and the internal pressures and, where appropriate, adapts service and communication accordingly
  • Develop strong relationships with key partners
  • Engage with specialist divisions in Ikon to ensure a holistic approach


Responsibilities of the role:

  • Managing the implementation of campaigns across all channels
  • Trading across all channels
  • Managing reporting process with the assistance of coordinators
  • Planning and assisting Managers in Amplifications
  • Leading Local Area Campaign planning
  • Training and developing coordinators in conjunction with other Executives in team
  • Managing the finance process for your clients
  • Client communication and relationship building

 

What you will need:

  • Experience trading or planning
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of the media landscape
  • Experience in client service
  • Passion for media and motivation to continually learn and develop
  • Interest in cross channel development and integration
  • Strong organisation skills
