Senior Digital Planner, Auto client
Description
We are looking for a young and enthusiastic talent with 1-3 year media planning experience and strategic thinking for automotive account. In this role, you will mainly serve the account and get involved in all kinds of pitches. And you will also work in the client team for strategic planning with your digital background.
This role reports to the digital manager.

Measures of success –
In 3 months:
- Have an understanding of the agency portfolio of clients
- Provide assistance in the evaluation of media opportunities
- To deliver the daily execution, including regular reports and internal process and other ad-hoc tasks.
In 6 months:
- Assist line Manager in annual review/planning proposal for the client.
- Start to build a relationship with specialists from client side.
In 12 months:
- Be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day activities. Able to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenges.
- Mentor new Planners/Interns and assist in leading a small scale project (identify need, formulate idea into plan, set the scope and present to the Manager).
Responsibilities of the role:
- Data: competitive media analysis, media data analysis
- Implementation: develop implementation media plans and monitor the whole process from briefing to post buy
- Working with special units: working with search and social team to implement related plan
- Media evaluation: provide media evaluation for key account's requests
- Media proposal: independently develop medium size media proposals
- Support new business pitches: working in the client team to help develop digital strategy.
- Present media review and evaluation deck to client
What you will need:
- 1-3 years of planning experience in media or interactive advertising agency
- Proven track record on the execution and development of digital strategies for clients
- Good communication skill
- Quick learner
- Good written and spoken English is preferable
