Overview of job
As a Regional Performance Specialist, you will oversee the strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting of biddable platform (Search, YouTube) across APAC countries for prestigious Mediacom accounts. You will also provide guidance to the team working on those brands and also supporting regional team to develop the business capabilities across accounts.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the APAC Performance Director.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Have a basic understanding about client triggers
- Begun to build a rapport with client
- Began looking for growth opportunities within the accounts for paid search, digital and SEO services
- Already established trust with the in-market team to guide them and mentor them for greater success
- Have begun understanding where opportunities exist to streamline and/or consolidate processes
- A general idea of the search/social behaviors of the individual markets
In six months:
- Have a full understanding of each of the brand goals
- Have streamlined the efficient processes to make reporting, management, or collaboration easier for internal and external teams.
- Have made some significant strides in optimizations within the accounts
- Have a full understanding of the search & biddable behaviors within the individual markets
In twelve months:
- Led the team to make noticeable year on year performance improvements
- Increased the adoption other biddable and digital services
- Brought value to biddable/programmatic team
- Amplified client knowledge on strategic approach to search/biddable
Responsibilities of the role:
- Oversee the strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting of Performance across multiple brands in APAC countries
- Set expectations and deliver on multiple projects at the same time
- Hitting Performance KPIs for brand regionally which works to prove the value of paid search & biddable to the clients and internal teams
- Proving the value of search & biddable is a critical aspect of the role as a secondary aspect of the role will be to increase client adoption of SEO services
- Should be responsible for maintaining a forum for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Work on, or lead, cross-functional teams with clients, internal teams, and media owners
What you will need:
- Thorough understanding of all paid search & biddable mechanisms and their implications – generally acquired with at least 4 years of progressive paid search experience
- Have the ability to confidently speak to clients
- SEO management skill, understanding of Analytics, biddable tools, and technology
- Prior management of multi-brand clients preferred
- Large budget account management experience preferred
