Overview of job
A strong passion to be part of the team that manages the media business for the world’s leader in beauty – makeup, cosmetics, haircare and perfume. you need to have an exceptional understanding for the full media planning process – from strategy media plan development, to execution. You will lead 2 key divisions and reports directly to the Director. Strong English communication and digital background preferred.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the [Director, Strategic Planning].

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Understand client’s business and confident in client’s interaction
- Understand internal work process and independently manage the process
In six months:
- Strong communication skills are essential; maintaining the best possible relationship with clients, vendors and with all areas of internal agency
- Full knowledge/ understanding of digital media analytics; understand the data to provide useful insightful / useful information to clients in a clear and concise way
- Work closely with media team, guiding executive and helping to facilitate department collaboration and growth
- Guide and lead to create effective and efficient agency tools and processes for the planning, execution and management of media
In 12 months:
- Track record of developing, writing and presenting innovative and responsible communication plans to clients at all budget levels
- A passion for staying abreast in the ever-changing media landscape. Knowledge of the latest developments and trends in the industry and informs peers of such development
- Strong negotiating skills for all media
- Participate in new business pitches, where applicable
Responsibilities of the role:
- Assist the Director in creating media plans, strategically and efficiently
- Oversee plan negotiations and supervise media plan implementation.
- Initiate creative and business building ideas
- Maintain status reports to ensure efficient workflow in order to meet deadlines and write reports of key meetings
- Maintaining client contact
- Develop and build strong working relationships with internal teams
- Manage vendor relationships
- Writing and presenting presentations
What you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English included
- Great attention to detail, track record of strong analytical skills
- Ability to present effectively and persuasively to both internal and external audiences
- Ability to manage multiple clients/ assignments in a fast-paced environment
- A fun personality and positive attitude
