This position is for e-Commerce team which is expanded dramatically in these days. This e-Commerce team has started only one client, but the market is getting bigger than previous, therefore, many clients hope to join this market
Fluent Korean is must and required 3 more years experience at similar market.

Reporting of the role
This role reports to the e-Commerce media director

Measures of success –
In 3 months:
Demonstrate understanding of the media landscape and business challenges and begin to contribute ideas on how to improve on current situation.
In 6 months:
Be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day activities. Able to propose eCommerce Media Plan and optimize media performance, and analyse media activities and deliver reviews to the client.
In 12 months:
Mentor new Planners and assist in leading a small scale project (identify need, formulate idea into plan, set the scope and present to the Manager)
Responsibilities of the role:
- Responsible for executing all day-to-day e-Commerce media planning/buying and client service activities associated with assigned accounts.
- Provides media recommendations and offers resourceful problem-solving, both internally and externally, while maintaining successful client relationships. S/he prepares media plans and other deliverables, and executes media plan implementation.
- Assist in the development of media plans that specify which forms of media will be used to effectively reach the target audience, including emerging media tactics
- Assist in maintaining budget updates and spread sheets
- Generate analysis of market performance
- Work with brand media planners/ digital trading managers to ensure all buys and placements fit the overall strategy
- Billing Reconciliation
What you will need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Natural curiosity and desire to learn new media, trend, and technology
- Strong analytical skills with consideration to company/client objectives
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressure
Experience :
- Around/above 3 yrs of digital media planning/buying experience
- Experience in developing and implementing analysis and reporting strategies
- Experience with new/emerging media, a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
