Overview of job
Ikon are looking for an Amplification and Trading Manager, based in their Perth CBD office, to manage the implementation of all offline media investment for Bankwest nationally.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Amplification & Trading Director.

Measures of success:
TV Campaign Delivery (vs Planned Goals) and Quality/Cost Benchmarks (FMM)
Clients Satisfaction Scores (TRR)
Demonstrate ownership of Brand and Sponsorship portfolio
In three months:
- You will have assumed the full responsibility for all offline buying across Bankwest
In six months:
- You will lead the planning and buying for all offline investment across Bankwest
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of competitive landscape
In twelve months:
- Champion offline planning and buying function for IKON across Brand and Sponsorships portfolio
Responsibilities of the role: Responsible for delivery of innovative communication solutions that amplify the creative idea and surprise & delight the client.
- Ensure all planning ideas are delivered through the trading process.
- Work with A&T Executive to develop detailed communication plans ensuring accurate planning costs.
- Assist A&T Director in tailoring the master trading strategy for clients.
- Manage the writing and presenting of Final Buy, Mid buy and post reporting
- Service client’s daily to ensure work is flowing and clients are happy and up to speed on all tasks.
- Responsible for the writing and presenting of quarterly market reviews to clients.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, creative and media partners to ensure integration flows between all partners.
- Leader of regular team WIP’s to ensure the highest level of communication.

What you will need:
- Minimum 4 years agency experience, with a minimum 3 years as a media buyer/planer
