Overview of job

Serve import auto client, develop integrated media strategy (traditional + digital). Manage campaign execution with team, ensure KPI achievement. Daily communication with client marketing team.

 

Reporting of the role

This role reports to Associate Director. Supported by a supervisor and an executive.

Measures of success –
In three months:

  • Familiar with Mindshare internal process
  • Campaign execution and quality control

In six months:

  • Familiar with client’s product line and build media strategy
  • Build relationship with client

In 12 months:

  • Ability to finish a campaign proposal individually
  • Present an entire plan to the client

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Responsible for traditional + digital media plan development
  • Communication with vendor for media proposal
  • Responsible for campaign reporting
  • Campaign execution quality control and management
  • Client daily communication
  • Finance status control

 

What you will need:

  • Over 4 years’ experience on strategic planning or digital planning
  • Experience on developing media plan individually
  • Auto client service experience preferred
  • Skilled on presentation and media plan development
  • Familiar with data analysis (media spend, performance, consumer insight, etc)
  • Programmatic buy knowledge preferred
  • Fluent on written and oral English
  • Familiar with Microsoft office tools (PPT, excel, word)
