Position at Maxus

The Business/MIS Executive role at Maxus is responsible for the planning, implementation and analysis of media campaigns.

Your primary task is to plan and buy media which delivers on both the teams and client’s goals and expectations.

This will be achieved through:

  • Collaboration with your client, team and the media
  • A thorough understanding of both our client’s business and media products available to deliver on client’s objectives and ability to deliver strong operational excellence for the Maxus business

Reporting of the role: This role reports to the Senior Business Director

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Managing Clients MIS Requirements with 100% accuracy
  • Tracking & Reporting Brand Performance on TV, Radio & Print Campaigns to the Core Team
  • Assist the Senior Business Director on day-to-day projects and requests

In six months:

  • Be involved with the overall MIS of the Client’s business
  • Deliver outstanding client service by building relationships

In 12 months:

  • Thrive in a dynamic team environment
  • Managing all facets of Clients MIS requirements

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Deliver outstanding client service by building relationships with client, and responding promptly to day-to-day requests
  • Be involved with the overall planning MIS for the business
  • Sharing the TV & Radio buying, managing & tracking inventory with the team
  • Managing all facets of integrated MIS involving clients business
  • Fulfilment of client requests including competitive analysis, opportunity evaluations and adhoc needs
  • Responsible for managing/checking inventory and updating on weekly basis in collaboration with Senior Business Director
  • Manage, complete, write and present post analysis reporting for all campaigns across all channels (as required)
  • Responsible for managing offline media bookings, including dealing with media owners, evaluating responses, confirming and supplying deadlines and specs

What you will need:

  • Ideally minimum of 2 years’ experience within the media/advertising industry (Freshers too will be considered)
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft office tools
  • Intermediate knowledge of LMRB software, Nielsen media tools
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and successfully prioritise workload
  • Ability to work in a team, contribute positively and support other team members on a day to day basis
  • Ability to confidently present to client/s
