Overview of job

GroupM Connect is seeking a marketing professional that is curious about the world of digital performance marketing. You will contribute and bring Performance-based digital campaigns to live for our clients across various industries.

Measures of success –
In three months:

  • To be able to execute digital campaigns with minimum supervisions from the Manager
  • To be able to have an understanding of the roles and features of various digital platforms

In six months:

  • To have POV on how a good campaign should be executed and when or what platform is needed based on campaign objectives
  • To be able to work independently and in a team. Contribute to strategy building for a campaign

In 12 months:

  • To have a fruitful and objective based discussion with the account teams on how digital platforms can support or be a key driver of a campaign
  • To be able to set clear goals and KPIs for all proposed campaigns

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Strategically build, manage and optimize digital campaigns on major websites. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • To strategize, execute and manage Digital Marketing activities of established local and global brands across multiple industries
  • To develop a clear understanding of SEO, identify upselling opportunities and be heavily involved in SEO implementation projects
  • To develop a clear understanding of Site Audits and LPOs, identify upselling opportunities and be heavily involved in these projects
  • Analyze campaign performance and make statistically stable and relevant optimizations and recommendations
  • Closely monitor digital campaigns performance to ensure KPI and campaign objectives are met
  • Assist Managers in Research & Development of new products and services
  • Attain Google AdWords and Analytics certifications
  • Attain Facebook Studio Edge certifications
  • Manage and work closely with clients with minimum supervision

What you will need:

  • 2 years working experience in Digital Marketing or relevant industry
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
  • Creative and a good team player
  • Knowledge of digital marketing preferred
  • Proactively seek feedback on your work to take it to the next level
  • Detail oriented, responsive to deadlines and able to multitask
  • Ongoing interest in digital marketing, industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
  • Client servicing experience and good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience in the Paid Search & SEO is an added bonus
