Description
We are looking for an account/project leader with 6-8 years of digital and social media relevant experience.
In this role, you will oversee social media strategy and manages the operational relationship on designated clients, managing a social media team who plan, execute, manage, and optimize the content oriented social media strategies, communities, campaigns and advertising.

In three months:
- Managing a team for designated clients’ social media operations, advertisings and campaigns
- Communicating with clients, other in-house teams, 3rd party partners and media for social media project management and advertising buying
- Solid client relationship with designated clients based on mutual trust and respect
- Managing a team to develop social part of new business pitches and strategic plans for clients under minimum supervision
- Being able to lead clients’ expectations and strategic directions, and becoming clients’ trusted advisor on social media subjects
- Independently leading social part of new business pitches and strategic plans for clients
- Account management - manage the service expectations of clients, and maintain a solid client relationship based on mutual trust and respect
- Strategy and campaign planning - develop social media long-term strategies, plan and manage social media campaigns with content and creative oriented ideas
- Project management - oversee the delivery of day-to-day tasks in the team, and coordinate among clients, internal teams, vendors and social platforms to ensure service quality
- Team management - manage and motivate the team to deliver high quality social media services including content, community, advertisings and campaign management
- New business development - manage the social part of new business pitches, and work closely with brand teams (account servicing teams) to identify and pursue social media revenue opportunities from existing clients
- 6-8 years of digital content and social media related experience in global PR firms or 4A specialized social media agencies
- Client service oriented, and a track record of healthy client relationship maintenance
- Team management experience
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Bachelor or above of Arts / Literature in top universities (e.g. Advertising, Literature, or Consumer Psychology)
- Live and breathe in China social media (active on at least 2 social media platforms, e.g. Weibo and WeChat)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, managing complexity and challenges
- Interpersonal, organization & time management skills
- Experience in IT, FMCG and Automobile industries is a plus
