Overview of job
A large FMCG advertiser is looking to evolve their business model and Comms approach for the future, we are looking for an inquisitive, organised offline Manager who is not afraid to have a point of view.
You will be working as an integral part of a team which is 9 members strong across offline and Digital. As we also work in conjunction with agency partners (creative and PR) and other internal functions across SEO, SEM, Social, Programmatic, data and insights; being able to collaborate is a must.
You will be an offline expert with knowledge across all channels (including Digital where you will get exposure) but with an understanding of TV. Your remit will be planning and helping deliver the TV product for the team. Most of all, you take huge pride in what you do!
Reporting of the role
This role reports into the Associate Director & Client Leader and supported by the Head of Exchange and investment.

Measures of success –
In three months, you would have:
- Settled into the rhythm of the account internally, established a good rapport with creative agency and the client team and helped implement the planning for 2017
- Fully understood the brand portfolio, how the client operate and started to deliver appropriate responses, to the highest standards with clear success measure for all activity
In six months, you would have:
- Won over the clients and been recognised for your contribution through positive TRR scores
- Begun to educate the client in wider opportunities, and where Mindshare can add real value to their business
In 12 months, you would have:
- Proven your worth to the client and delivered tangible business success
- Started to develop skills for development and promotion
Responsibilities of the role:
Understand the role of broadcast media, how we build mental availability with our audience and develop other tactics to isolate and target value segments which make investment as efficient as possible. Have a point of view on Ehrenburg Bass…
Take the lead on briefs from the clients and crafting responses working in conjunction with the MS client team.
Broadcast media is important for the client, the role will allow you to grow your planning skills from a portfolio point of view and help coordinate the team to deliver all plans.
