The Strategic Planner will work on communications and channel planning on digital with a team from diverse backgrounds including analytics, social media management, eCRM, and other digital disciplines.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Associate Director – Strategic Planning & Analytics.

Measures of success
In three months, you would have:
- Developed a basic understanding of strategic planning methods in digital.
- Developed basic skills in using digital analytics and performance marketing tools.
- Understood internal processes in Movent.
- Understood the agency portfolio of clients, and taken to heart the strategic opportunities for assigned clients.
- Built an understanding of the Philippine digital market.
In six months, you would have:
- Support line manager and team member in strategic planning and analytics needs.
- Developed a strong category knowledge.
- Developed advanced skills in using digital analytics and performance marketing tools.
In 12 months, you would have:
- Proven yourself as a reliable contact point for strategic knowledge in the agency.
- Provided the agency with one award-winning case study.
- Led the agency’s strategic thinking for one major pitch.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Provide insightful strategic guidance founded on strong data-driven proofs.
- Confidently present and participate in client meetings.
- Support the team by delivering quality output, and acting as a mentor to junior members in the team.
- Lead and assist in digital analytics needs.
- Engage with specialist partners within the agency.
- Build meaningful and trustworthy relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
What you will need:
- 2-3 Year experience in planning for digital and/or digital analytics
- Good communication skills
- Be able to create and comprehend meaningful and actionable insights from various data points
- Exposed to research, planning, implementation, and execution of marketing and advertising ideas.
