Description
Maxus is seeking a vibrant and experienced media professional with at least 2- 5 years of experience in offline Media Planning. In this role, you should have a thorough knowledge of the media marketplace and an innovative approach in use of media, research and presentation techniques.

Measures of success –
- Understood the Maxus way of working and are able to navigate through the verticals
- Handle the clients day to day requirements
- Understand knowhow of digital media
In six months, you would have:
- Initiated and delivered at least 2 key projects
- Team work , closely working with different functions
- Create a 360 planning approach for new campaign
In 12 months, you would have:
- Use of proprietary tools for annual plans
- Completely adept on the brand and category
Responsibilities of the role:
- Leads in day to day operation and execution of planning.
- Responsible for project management, timeline and budget control.
- Work closely with the senior members of the client and the team.
- To use the appropriate software tools to ensure accurate, timely and high quality analysis and reports
- To create pre and post evaluation reports and share the same with seniors for reference before sharing it with clients
- To provide quality analysis with action points for category competitive reports for clients
- To provide mid-campaign evaluation and take corrective action as required to ensure that campaign deliverables are met
- To alert client timely if there is likely to be a campaign delivery shortfall and take course corrective action in alignment with client
What you will need:
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in using MS office tool
- Quantitative Skills- Standard excel commands, shortcuts, formulas
- Industry software knowledge & Usage- TAM, IRS, TGI, BARC
- Team Player
- Excellent communication skills
- Eye for detail
- Meticulous process & executive management
