Mobile Planning Manager

We are looking for a motivated and talented Digital Manager to support our growing GroupM Mobile department. You will be responsible for coordination with Agency Digital team and Mobile creative & technical team to deliver the campaign for all the GroupM internal clients.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Mobile Planning Director

Measures of success –
In three months, you would have: - been familiar with work flow and GroupM business structure

In six months, you would have: - been able to develop mobile media strategy, including budget allocation, media options

In 12 months, you would have: - been able to deliver overall strategy to client with Agency Digital team; optimize mobile campaign to reach client’s KPI

Responsibilities of this role:

- Independently develop mobile media strategy including media budget allocation and media options

- Strong data analysis skills, able to evaluate difference media options

- Optimize media strategy to improve ROI

- Be creative and innovative to make the strategy be update to market trend and insights

What you will need:

- More than 3 year experience in digital or mobile related

- Superb communication skills, clear and professional in client communications. Confident, outspoken, contributing, and not afraid to challenge.

- Well versed in writing proposals and presenting strategies in both Chinese and English

- Excellent project manager, ability to be on top of all things and managing client, and internal expectations

- Be able to think on the fly, demonstrated out of the box thinker

- Can work under stress
