Maxus is looking for a highly motivated Data Warehouse Expert to participate in engineering data leading automated media decision platform. This role focuses on the elements required to manage all aspects of data and information from business requirements to logical and physical design.
This role spans the full information management lifecycle from acquisition through cleanse, transform, classify and store to presentation, distribution, and archiving. The Data Warehouse Expert must be capable of designing centralized or distributed systems that both address the user's requirements and perform efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with internal and external customers to define data requirements to support new reporting and analytics features
- Design solutions that can support massive (billions of rows) scalability requirements and deliver performance and reliability
- Implement, test, and maintain logical and physical models for reporting and analytical databases
- Tune reports, loaders, table design, indexes, and stored procedures to deliver required performance
- Define and execute a plan for measuring and maintaining data integrity throughout the workflow
- Work with a cross-functional team including UI, middleware, and Learning System.
- Support the existing production environment for reporting database.
Requirements
- Very strong understanding of Data Warehousing & Data
- Deep understanding of Big Data architecture and unstructured data analysis approach Hadoop and other Industry BigData Frameworks
- Underlying infrastructure for Big Data Solutions (Clustered/Distributed Computing, Storage, Data Center Networking)
- Extensive experience architecting & designing Enterprise Data Warehouse handling large volumes of data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a team environment
- Unix/Linux including one or more of the following scripting tools: ksh, bash, awk, perl or python
