Supervisor, Strategy Planning(nutrition food)
Description
You will assist the Planning Associate Director to take care of a leading nutrition brand of well-known MNC FMCG client. You need to understand the client’s business needs and category issues. Formulate strategies and plans from briefing (on accounts where responsible) and oversee all implementation, enhance relationship with client in daily contact and assist the Associate Director on any other accounts when necessary.

This role reports to the [Associate Director].

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Understand client’s business and needs
- Well understand working process and timeline of regular jobs
- Start to build relationships with client contact window and units within GroupM
In six months:
- Well recognized by key clients by demonstrating the integrated media capabilities in terms of daily implementation etc.
- Become a key pillar that your seniors and subordinates can rely on
In 12 months:
- Independently manage all day to day client service activity ;
- Grow up your team and keep them engaged with their work;
Responsibilities of the role:
- Assist the Associate Director in creating integrated media plans, strategically and efficiently
- Oversee plan negotiations and supervise media plan implementation.
- Initiate creative and business building ideas
- Maintain status reports to ensure efficient workflow in order to meet deadlines and write reports of key meetings
- Maintaining client contact
- Develop and build strong working relationships with internal teams
- Manage vendor relationships
- Writing and presenting presentations
What you will need:
- 3+ years of experience,
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Prior experience working in an Interactive/Digital environment
- Strategic Thinker and Detailed oriented
- Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
- Strong negotiating skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong relationship building skills which include maintaining positive client relationships
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including math proficiency
