Maxus | Digital Manager
Description
We are hiring a Digital Manager to assist in planning and implementing successful digital campaigns based on clients’ business objectives.
You will be working with the Client Lead to manage a set of clients and propose digital strategies across the full digital mix including Display, Mobile, Social & SEM to drive great results for our local & regional clients.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Client Lead.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- You should be familiar with our proprietary tools & standard industry tools
- You should be able to work on media recommendations independently and handle client queries on the media recommendations
- You should be able to work closely with the team and guide digital planners on client campaigns
- You should have met all the clients that you work with and gained a fair understanding of your clients’ businesses
- You should understand and be able to handle the internal processes in Maxus in terms of planning, invoicing etc
In six months:
- You should have presented media recommendations to clients face-to-face
- You should have gained a good knowledge of your clients’ businesses and understand how they work
- You should have built a comfortable rapport with your team members and your clients
- You should be able to benchmark and run new campaigns based on past campaign learnings
In 12 months:
- You should have gained full knowledge/overview on your clients’ businesses, and know what works in order to achieve the clients’ business objectives
- You should have led at least 20 client campaigns (pure digital campaigns) independently
- You should have participated in new business pitches
Responsibilities of the role:
- Client servicing and relationship management
- Campaign strategy, planning, and integration with the wider comms
- Planning and implementation of display campaigns
- Paid search strategy sell-through, implementation and integration
- Deployment of best-in-market targeting & tracking tools
- Analysis & insights - Extraction & interpretation of clients’ digital campaign performance data
- Recommendations to clients & optimizations
- Campaigns’ reports & analysis, presentations to clients
What you will need:
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree relating to marketing/communication/math/computer science.
- 3-4 years’ experience in media planning / digital media, preferably in a media agency
- SEM campaigns experience is a plus
- Experience with adserving tools such as Sizmek & Double Click
- Rigorous & comfortable with numbers
- Great knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
- Comfortable with meeting clients & great presentation skills
- Passionate about media & digital media
- You are a team player with good interpersonal skills and you thrive in an energetic and fast paced environment.
