Your Key Responsibilities: • Financial Data Analysis: Dive deep into financial data, generating and printing comprehensive reports and refining them to meet the diverse needs of all stakeholders. • ERP System Support: Play a pivotal role in both the onboarding and ongoing support of our ERP product for employees and clients, ensuring a seamless user experience. • System Enhancement: Collaborate with third-party providers on ERP system upgrades and testing, spearheading automations and integrating new data transfer protocols and APIs. • Workflow Optimization: Analyze and implement business workflows to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization. Ideal Candidate Profile: • Clear Communication: You articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. • Analytical Prowess: With a keen eye for detail and a love for numbers, you excel at solving complex problems and making data-driven decisions. • Independence: You're capable of autonomous work, thriving in fast-paced environments and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Service Orientation: Your focus is on delivering outstanding service, with a proactive approach to supporting users and improving processes. • Technical Skills: A solid understanding of web services, APIs, software development, and data analysis is essential.
