Position Summary
As a 360 Software Test Engineer you will participate in the testing of our SAAS platform. They will be part of creating a testing strategy and execute on it to ensure that the software product meets user requirements and work closely the Development Team to understand requirements, estimate testing efforts and deliver an industry changing technology to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for all testing on the development team
- Execute manual functional and regression tests as part of an agile/Kanban release cycle
- Perform end to end system tests to asses validity of code changes and improvements
- Work closely with support dev team and stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years exploratory software testing experience
- 3-5 years experience delivering consumer facing enterprise SaaS applications
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relational database and SQL query development and testing experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong desire to “break software”
- Aptitude for learning, professional development and enjoys being playing on a team
- Software development background an asset
- Experience in a fast-moving, startup environment is an asset
