Sales Operations Manager
This position is for Pactiv, a company of Reynolds Group Holding Inc.
DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for someone with solid analytical skills, that has customer facing experience, has been involved with cross functional teams, and has previous sales finance or administration experience. This position will serve as a liaison between the Foodservice Distribution Sale team and the internal Pactiv cross-functional teams which support our sales efforts.
Responsibilities will Include:
- Program Management support to insure timely development and payment of customer programs to include on demand growth tracking.
- Service Prioritization during times of product shortages through interfacing with our Integrated Business Planning and Customer Services teams. Also manage planning activity for anticipated customer loading activity with the IBP in order to maximize case fill – engaging with appropriate NAM/NSM
- Development of standard reporting and performance tracking for the Foodservice Distribution Channel to insure that our sales teams are on track for their sales incentive plans.
- Consolidation of product forecasting across the
- Foodservice Distribution business to insure product and financial forecasts are timely and accurate
- Pricing Administration – coordination with the Pricing team to insure that quarterly escalator/de-escalator pricing adjustments are presented in customer appropriate formatting
- Claims Team Processing Support – coordinate with Claims Processing team in support of customer alignment with process to insure efficiency in the processing of backside POD claims.
- Order Policy Management – support the sales team in the understanding of Order Policy metrics and provide assistance in the development of customer presentations to improve compliance
- Sales On-Boarding – support the onboarding of new Sales people to insure they get the right connections internally to perform their jobs.
- Customer Conversion Support – Support the on-boarding of new business to insure that key time-fence commitments with the customer are met when new business is won.
- Assist with securing marketing resources for major shows (check requests, Pactiv signage/booth, graphics resources, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS preferred, in business with 5 – 7 years of customer facing experience in Sales, or Customer Service. Alternatively, 5 – 7 years of proven strong analytical experience in Production Inventory Control, Claims Processing, or Sales Finance in a Manufacturing or Foodservice environment.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required along with strong analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills strongly desired
- Strong oral and written communication skills also required.
